This quote from The Mental Health Foundation (mentalhealth.org.uk) is relevant now more than ever and this week, we are proud to be supporting Place2be’s annual Children’s Mental Health campaign. This year’s theme is all about Expressing Yourself, and we want you to find different and creative ways to share your feelings, thoughts and ideas. Our Mental Health poster shares some ways in which you can be creative, whether it be through art, cooking, music, writing or dance!

Expressing yourself can help you to relax, make you feel good, help boost self-esteem and give you a sense of achievement.

Whilst this is Children’s Mental Health week, we must also use this time to recognise and support parental mental health and wellbeing. It is a difficult time for everyone, and self-care is as important as ever. Please use this week to find things which you enjoy and bring out your creative side!
