Kindness is the theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2020
The week will focus on the power and potential of kindness. It is even more important to be kind during this time. Kindness helps to bring people together and helps support our mental health.
As a college we are helping to raise awareness through our Pay it Forward initiative. This involves completing a random act of kindness for another person, with the hope that they then pass it on. We are looking forward to hearing all about your acts of kindness. #kindnessmatters
