MY MIND MY BODY
Following the great success of our My Mind My Body initiative back in November where we looked at the positive impact of physical activity on mental health.
This week is the start of our summer initiative where this time we will be focusing on healthy eating and raising awareness of both the physical and mental benefits of a balanced diet.
My Mind My Body is a great way to look after your wellbeing and we hope you enjoy our resources.
