Over the next two weeks we are running our My Mind My Body programme.

Our aim is to increase awareness of the importance of physical activity on the mind and body. To develop understanding of the social, mental and physical benefits and work on personal development and welfare through healthy living, SMSC and preparation for the next stage.

The PE timetable will be collapsed for 2 weeks and the pupils will follow a set programme which will consist of different activities.

The sessions will be ran by PE staff and outside agencies.

All activities will take place during PE lesson time, lunchtimes and after school.
