Self-care is all about what you can do to help yourself feel better or to keep yourself feeling good. It is a great way that we can look after our own mental health and wellbeing.
Our Summer of self-care pack aims to help you and your families understand the benefits of self-care and provides resources so you are able to create an individual self-care plan for the summer holidays.
