Today sees the introduction of our ‘Wellbeing Wednesdays’. Every Wednesday we will be sharing top tips, ideas, resources and opportunities for you to try something new and help support your mental health and wellbeing. We want to encourage our students and families to take the time to look after themselves, especially during challenging times.
Our first Wellbeing Wednesday is all about positivity and success during the pandemic. Take a look at the different signs of success in our poster and recognise where you are succeeding during this difficult time.
We have also attached the Health for Teens support poster. The website and text service offers health advice and support for young people and parents / carers.
